Kitty and David’s Hoh Rainforest Elopement | In The Alpenglow

I have never met a couple so unapologetically themselves as Kitty and David. They met on a dating app while living in Atlanta and fell hard and fast for each other. When they started to plan their wedding that they wanted it to feel as unique and eclectic as their relationship, so they chose a Hoh Rainforest elopement with just a few of their loved ones—dreaming of exchanging vows in an intimate ceremony among the moss-covered forests, misty air, and rugged coastline.

Kitty and David describe their relationship as electric (love it) and shared their story with me so tenderly, showing off their adorable matching lightning bolt tattoos. Planning a Hoh Rainforest Elopement

We began their day with an early sunrise ceremony. As the first light peeked through the towering trees of the rainforest, we had the entire place to ourselves. Following the ceremony, we enjoyed a cozy brunch with their closest loved ones. After a quick midday break, we regrouped and ventured to the beach for a sunset hike and picnic. We closed the day with a relaxed and intimate celebration, and it was truly the perfect mix of adventure and tender, quiet reflection.
