For this reason, an intimate Idaho elopement nestled in the wild beauty of Swan Valley, surrounded by towering mountains and the peaceful flow of the Snake River, was the perfect setting.

Madi, a Northern California native, and Benny, a high school agriculture teacher, both share a deep connection to nature. Whether it’s Madi raising Whitetail deer (coolest job EVER) or Benny teaching the next generation about the wonders of plant and animal science, their shared love for wildlife and the outdoors runs deep! So, when it came time to plan their wedding, they knew they wanted to be in a place that spoke to their hearts: Idaho.

We ventured into the nearby mountains and discovered a hidden waterfall, a serene and powerful symbol of their love. Watching them exchange a quiet moment by the rushing water was pure magic. As the sun began to set, we climbed higher to capture one final shot, standing above the Snake River Plain and basking in the fading light. THE perfect end to the day and one that will live in my mind (and hopefully theirs) forever. Can’t believe this is my job!
