Lux Meets Land is an immersive content day series bridging the gap between adventure elopements + luxury details and design. These shoots – meticulously crafted in partnership with innovative vendor collaborators – will provide elopement and wedding photographers with an opportunity to showcase not only their capacity to document couples in remarkable landscapes, but also to artfully capture immaculate details. Attendees will walk away with an elevated portfolio that more meaningfully speaks the value of crafting an adventurous wedding celebration to high-end clients.

WHY I CREATED IT
Being a wedding and elopement photographer of 13 years, I’ve realized that my goals & dreams don’t fully align with any defined place in the industry. They’re fluid, they bounce back and forth between many niches, and I don’t believe I’m the only one that feels this way. Because of this, I’m passionate about encouraging artists that they don’t have to fit any one box, but can create their own space– pulling from multiple “genres” and making work that isn’t bound by industry standards.
WHY IT MATTERS
The merging of these two worlds is important to me because I believe fully that adventure elopements are a luxury & can be treated as such. This type of celebration doesn’t have to feel any less valuable because it’s different. With what we create, I hope to inspire all couples to be both bold in the adventures they build on their wedding days while also encouraging them to further invest in elegantly expressing their love and personality through quality details.

• How many tickets are available?
10 tickets will be available. We are aiming to keep this environment as intimate as possible so we can ensure that each attendee walks away with the highest quality of work.
• Will there be lodging?
Yes, lodging at a beautiful Airbnb in Tetonia, ID is included for 2 nights. This will be the backdrop of our first shoot. It's nestled on 10 acres of property with the Tetons in full view. 8 tickets are available with lodging, only 2 are available without lodging ($200 off).
• Where should I fly into/stay?
Idaho Falls will be the easiest to fly into/the closest to the shoots. This will be 1 hr drive from the Airbnb.
It is encouraged that you organize travel with other attendees so you can carpool!
• What is your refund policy?
Each payment made is nonrefundable. A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot with the rest of the payments made by a schedule designated by your host, laid out in your invoice. If you miss payments, your spot will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to a refund. The fees may be transferred to another photographer wanting to attend with our approval.
